Aiphone Corporation (アイホン株式会社) on 19th March announced new service called as "IT Home Security Services" (IT ホームセキュリティサービス), the service provided through mobile phone and PC that enables user to check the information captured by security equipment such as intercom and sensor-light camera.

TV intercom captures voice, video image and other security information and sends it to user's mobile phone or PC by email. Then user clicks unique URL shown in the email and can verify the recorded image (static/motion) with voice data for 11 seconds.

Also user can communicate with its home intercom accessing portal site "Aiphone Life" (アイホンライフ), to record and save image or voice of visitors. All such services can be used from mobile phone or PC.

In addition, the company starts ASP service required for this self-security services, and further entering into one-stop service solution from server operation monitoring (for self-security service) to information contents related to livelihood.

Other functionalities user can perform at remote place from mobile phone are; monitoring entrance, changing setting information, acquiring/resetting communication record, verifying and locking electric lock.

The service will start from 1st April 2008.
